Another day, another record close

A spike in oil prices, no pain on the rates front, a couple earnings reports and still Wall Street inches higher.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average up 6.80 points, or 0.06%, to 12,134.68. The S&P 500 added 4.84 points, or 0.35%, to 1382.22, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 11.75 points, or 0.5%, to 2356.59.

WINNERS

American Homepatient (AHOM) gained $0.32, or 45.07% to close the day at $1.03. Reuters Investment released a profile on AHOM today. Investors seem to be warming to AHOM especially since the October 2nd Supreme Court ruling, which esentially meant the company would be able to rebound from an earlier bankruptcy filling. American Homepatient, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide home health care services and products in the United States. Its products consisting primarily of respiratory and infusion therapies; and home medical equipment and home health care supplies.

Inksure Technologies Inc (INKS) climbed $0.35, or 17.07% to close the day at $2.40. InkSure Technologies Inc. today announced that the Company has entered into agreements with several leading printing companies for the testing of its "chipless" Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. InkSure Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries engage in the development, marketing, and sale of customized authentication systems for the security of documents and branded products for protection from counterfeiting and diversion.

Resin Systems (RSSYF) rose $0.221, or 16.26% to close the day at $1.58. RSSYF continues to climb since Pechala's released a 2 week and 12 month forecast on October 23. The stock is up 29.5% since. RESIN SYSTEMS INC. operates in the composite material products marketplace. Resin Systems provides engineered solutions based on the company's patented polyurethane resin system.

Despite trader's nervousness over the outcome of the two-day Federal Reserve meeting the Dow Jones Industrial Average still rose 10.97 points, or 0.09%, and reached another record close at 12,127.88. The S&P 500 gained 0.36 points, or 0.03%, at 1377.38, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 10.72 points, or 0.46%, to 2344.84.

WINNERS

Subjex Corporation (SBJX) gained $0.029, or 96.67% to close the day at $0.059. Investors were jumping the gun here with regards to a Form 8-k being filed regard a shareholders meeting that occurred last week. Investors are hoping for big things from Subjex and it seems any ripple in day to day operations is going to stir up some trader activity. Subjex Corporation provides customer service solutions through an Application Service Provider model in the United States. The company develops an Artificial Intelligence Software platform that is used to create virtual personalities for corporate and individual Web sites.

MM2 Group (MMGP) gained $0.035, or 77.78% to close the day at $0.08. Investors are slowly warming to this new issue. MM2 Group, Inc., through its subsidiary, Genotec Nutritionals, Inc, engages in the manufacture and distribution of nutritional supplements and vitamins.

True Product ID (TPDI) gained $0.035, or 53.85% to close out at $0.10. Richard A. Bendis, President and CEO of True Product ID, Inc. announced that its Chinese joint venture, True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited, has signed a nationwide contract with the China Federation of Industry and Commerce Auto & Motorbike Parts Chamber Of Commerce (AMP) and Hainan Yayuan Anti-Counterfeiting Paper Industrial Ltd. True Product ID, Inc. produces integrators for anti-counterfeiting and security surveillance applications, as well as provides integrated tracking devices.

LOSERS

Liberty Star Gold Corp. (LBTS) dropped $0.37, or 30.08% to close the day at $0.86. Investors were taking the profits off the table with this one. LBTS made some strong gains Monday with traders inspired by Pechala's Reports 2 week and 12 month forecast.

Despite opening to the downside, the Dow surged 114.54 points, or 0.95%, to 12,116.91, an all-time closing high. The S&P 500 was up 8.42 points, or 0.62%, to 1377.02, and the Nasdaq Composite was higher by 13.26 points, or 0.57%, to 2355.56.

WINNERS
Patriot Gold (PGOL) gained $0.06, or 48% to close the day at $0.185. PGOL continued with heavy trading volume today, as it had done in the latter parts of last week. There was a Pechela’s Report that came out on the company today as well.

WinWin Gaming Inc (WNWN) gained 3 cents, or 42.86% to close the day at $0.100. There was a late announcement today about the resignation of Martha Vlcek, as Chief Financial Officer. Couple reports out on the day: Value Engine had a summary report out and Peschala’s released a 2 week forecast.

LOSERS

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 30.58 points, or 0.26%, to 11,950.02, and the S&P 500 was down 5 points, or 0.37%, at 1364.05. The Nasdaq Composite lost 18.89 points, or 0.8%, to 2344.95.

WINNERS

Celsia Technologies (CSAT) gained $0.06, or 50% to close the day at $0.18. CSAT today announced a multi-year agreement with Yeh-Chiang Technology Corporation (YCTC), a world leader in the global heat pipe industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Taiwan-based YCTC will manufacture Celsia's thermal management products in a facility in China. YCTC will also license Celsia's patented thermofluidic technology to offer to its key OEM customers. Celsia Technologies, Inc. engages in the research and development of cooling solutions for the personal computer, flat panel display, and the light emitting diode-lighting industries.

LOSERS

Advanced BioPhotonics (ABPH) dropped $0.12 or 63.16% to close the day at $0.07. Investors are skeptical about the upcoming results regarding clinical trials involving its BioScanIR(R) System, together with its proprietary DIRI(R) dynamic infrared imaging software platform in a reconstructive surgery application. Advanced BioPhotonics, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the development and commercialization of digital imaging technology for the diagnosis and management of various diseases, including cancer and vascular diseases in the United States. Its principal product includes BioScanIR system, which detects diseases that affect the perfusion or reperfusion of blood in tissues and organs.

Wall Street closed lower today as earnings season got off to a rough start.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 15.04 points, or 0.13%, to 11,852.13. The S&P 500 dropped 3.47 points, or 0.26%, at 1349.95. Nasdaq Composite shed 7.16 points, or 0.31%, to 2308.27.

WINNERS

Surfect Holdings (SUFH) started its public trading with a bang. The stock sky rocketed up 1016.44% or $1.484 to close out at $1.63. ITU Ventures announced today that SUFH had successfully acquired its portfolio company Surfect Technologies, Inc., a design and manufacturing company offering an innovative single cell electroplating tool and process for the semiconductor industry.

Connected Media Technologies (CNCM) doubled to close the day at $ 0.024. The bounce was inspired by todays announcement of a new agreement between CNCM and NBC. The agreement results in CNCM giving up shares in return for acquiring a library of broadcast content.

Modern Technology (MODC) gained $0.046, or 62.16% to close the day at $0.12. MODC announced two target markets, and revenue projections for its boveran cancer detection system today.

LOSERS

De Beira Goldfields (DBGF) dropped $0.67, or 22.71% to close the day at $2.28. Shares fell as investors began cashing out on Tuesdays gains.

Earning Season is upon us, and The Dow Jones Industrial Average continues to reach record highs.
The Dow finished the session up 9.36 points, or 0.08%, at 11,867.17. The S&P 500 added 2.76 points, or 0.2%, at 1353.42, and the Nasdaq Composite finished higher by 3.66 points, or 0.16%, to 2315.43.

WINNERS
De Beira Goldfields (DBGF) closed at $2.95, up 69.54% on the day.

Voyager One (VYGO) gained $0.40, or 66.67% to close the day at $0.10.

Vocalscape Networks (VOSC) gained $0.15, or 65.22% to close out at $0.38.

Image Technology Lab (IMTL) dropped $0.20 or 44.44% to close the day at $0.25.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed ahead today, closing at 11,727.34 and set a new record. The average surged ahead by 56.99 points, or 0.49% to end the day at its highest close in its 110 year history.

WINNERS

MODERN TECHNOLOGY (MODC) gained $0.045, or 90% to close the day at $0.095. On Monday MODC announced the signing of a letter of intent between its subsidiary Insight Medical Group and Boveran iCytle for the acquisition of 100% assets and intellectual and technology rights. Terms of the acquisition were released today. Modern Technology Corp. operates as a diversified technology development and acquisition company. It provides business infrastructure, substantial intellectual capital, strategic investments, and ongoing support and revenue growth assistance to each individual company within its portfolio.

ARMSTRONG HOLDINGS (ACKHQ) climbed $ 0.056, or 49.12% to end the day at $0.17. ACKHQ recently emerged from chapter 11. An update on its asbestos liability was released yesterday. Armstrong Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary, Armstrong World Industries, Inc., engages in the design and manufacture of floors, ceilings, and cabinets for the construction and renovation of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings worldwide.

DOUGLAS LAKE MINERALS (DLKM) jumped ahead by $0.36, or 40.45% to close the day at $1.25. Yesterday Douglas Lake Minerals announced the addition of 28 gold prospecting licenses to its Tanzanian Portfolio.

LOSERS

Just when you thought WORLD GAMING (WGMGY) couldn’t look any worse. WGMGY dropped an additional 16.27% today to close out at $0.35 amid talks of defaulting on loan agreements. Last week executives from the company resigned amid fears of legal action in the US and yesterday new US legislation against online gambling passed through congress, rocking the entire online gaming industry. Shares are down 67% from this time last week

GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS/EQUITIES (GAMT) shares dropped $0.59, or 53.64% to close the day at $0.510. Global Entertainment’s wholly owned subsidiary, IGW Software NV (IGW) is a leading developer of proprietary software for Web-based gaming operators. IGW has developed innovative applications specifically designed to quickly and securely launch Internet-based casinos and sportsbooks. IGW’s future looks tumultuous amid yesterdays anti-gaming developments.

HEALTH ENHANCEMENT PRODUCTS (HEPI) lost 23.08% to close the day at $2.00. Shares fell amid today’s press release that its HIV and Metabolic Syndrome Clinical Study calls for caution in moving ahead with its all-natural algae dietary supplement, ProAlgaZyme. Health Enhancement Products, Inc., through its subsidiary, engages in the production and marketing of health products in the United States.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (RLGT), a domestic and international logistics services company, today announced its wholly owned subsidiary Airgroup Corporation ("Airgroup") has expanded its operations in Long Beach, California, providing logistics support for the U.S. Navy.

FC Financial Services Inc. (FCFN) announced today the closing of its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of ICP Solar Technologies Inc ("ICP") through its wholly owned subsidiary 1260491 Alberta Inc. ("Exchangeco").

A volatile Monday for traders as markets closed in the red on the first trading day of the fourth quarter.
Despite trading close to its January 2000 record high at one point during the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 9 points, or 0.1%, to 11,670. The S&P 500 was off 5 points, or 0.3%, at 1331, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 21 points, or 0.9%, to 2238.

WINNERS

VOCALSCAPE NETWORKS (VOSC) gained $0.11, or 110% to close out at $0.21. The rally was sparked by this mornings announcement that CEO Robert Koch will be stepping down. Vocalscape Networks, Inc. develops voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) telephony solutions worldwide. It provides VoIP telephony solutions and communications software for Internet service providers, Internet telephony service providers, and telecommunications companies.

PHYTOMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES (PYTO) gained $ 0.17, or 39.53% to close the day at $0.60. Pechala released two reports today on PYTO; a 2 week forecast, and a 12-month forecast. Phytomedical Technologies, Inc. is a research based biopharmaceutical company specializing in the discovery, development and eventual commercialization of innovative plant derived pharmaceutical and nutraceutical compounds.

BROADVIEW INSTITUTE (BVII) climbed $0.40, or 25% to close the session out at $2.00. Broadview Media, Inc. is engaged in the videotape and film production business. The company produces advertising commercials, industrial, governmental and educational programs and infomercials. The company has significant business operations involved in the development and creation of programming for the cable and network television markets. The company currently has four shows in production, two of which have multiple season renewals in concurrent production.

LOSERS

MALEX (MLEX) dropped $0.25, or 71.43% to close the day out at $0.10. Malex, Inc. does not have significant operations. It intends to acquire or merge with other operating businesses. The company was founded in 1987 and is based in Dallas, Texas. There has been a steady decline in investor interest in this one.

WORLD GAMING (WGMGY) dropped $0.682, or 62% to close out at $0.418.WGMGY’s shares took a hard hit after yesterday’s passing of new US legislation prohibiting the use of credit cards, checks and electronic fund transfers for online gaming. World Gaming is a global leader in the development, licensing and production of Internet gaming systems. An industry pioneer, World Gaming maintains industry leadership by providing the most comprehensive and innovative selection of products and services for online gaming markets internationally.

DAYBREAK OIL & GAS (DBRM) dropped $0.47, or 25.41% to close out the day at $1.38. Couple reports regarding DBRM out today; Pechala’s released a 2-weeks forecast and ValuEngine had a Summary report come out as well. Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties in the United States.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

flexSCAN, Inc. (FXSC) today announced an agreement that brings its health360(tm) health and wellness services to 480 employees and 49,000 patients annually of Anaheim, CA-based Western Medical Center.

OSI Geospatial Inc. (OSIIF) will release its 2006 fiscal third quarter financial results at 4:05 p.m. Eastern Time (1:05 p.m. Pacific Time) on Monday, October 16, 2006. The company will hold a conference call to discuss the financial results at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) the same day.

As for the other major averages, the S&P 500 slipped 3.30 points, or 0.25%, to 1335.85, and the Nasdaq Composite was off 11.59 points, or 0.51%, to 2258.43.

(VCTPF) - Valcent CEO, Glen Kertz, announced today that Valcent has entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with Solid Integrations LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("SI"). SI will provide engineering, product development/design services and will include coordinating the sourcing and manufacturing of consumer products with vendors on a global basis.

Colombia Goldfields Ltd. (CGDF) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to buy certain exploration properties and assets from Cia Servicios Logisticos de Colombia Ltda. (Servicios), a Colombian geologic consulting company.
CGL will pay US$300,000 and issue 1.15 million restricted common shares to acquire the Caramanta exploration properties, the office building, certain equipment and infrastructure of Servicios. In addition, the Servicios employees working on the Caramanta and Marmato Mountain projects will transfer to CGL. CGDF has agreed to pay Investcol Limited a finder’s fee of $50,000.

NORTH AMERICAN GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION (NAGM) was up $0.08 or 200% to close out at $0.12. The stocks bounced can be credited to yesterdays late day news regarding the signing of a definitive agreement with Xi’an Jin Chi, where a subsidiary of NAGM would merge with a subsidiary of Xi’an Jin Chi.

FORTUNA GAMING (FGAM) closed up $0.059, or 72.84% to close the day at $0.14. FGAM snowballed on a climb that began with Tuesday's release of quarterly financial. FGAM is engaged in the development of software and services for online and mobile gaming

CONVERSION SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS (CSHD) continued to sky rocket today. The stock gained an additional 72.57% to close the day at $3.02. More good news here, CSHD just announced they are making moves to get them listed on the NASDAQ. the climb that started with yesterdays CSHD’s climb began with this week’s announcement regarding a 5 billion Euro addition to its asset management portfolio, and new contracts with Deutche Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Dresdner Bank and Kommerce Bank. CSHD operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary Fronthaul, Inc., an Internet-based, business-to-business information exchange which provides a centralized database of freight load information accessible by wireless device or through the Internet.

LOSERS

NEW MEDIUM ENTERPRISE (NMEN) closed down $0.13, or 23.21% to close out at $0.43. NMEN gave up some of gains made over the last two days after Tuesday’s announcement of a new break through in multiple layer DVD disk production.

Some shady news from Radial Energy Inc. (RENG) regarding the use of the word proved and probable regarding reserve estimates. Can’t see this helping the stock

Despite the pressure of rising oil prices, the Dow Jones inched closer to setting a record high.
The Dow was up 19.85 points, or 0.17%, to close at 11,689.24. The S&P 500 pushed up 0.25 point, or 0.02%, to 1336.59, and the Nasdaq Composite ended up by 2.05 points, or 0.09%, to 2263.39.

WINNERS

Huge day for GLOBAL RESOURCE (GBRC) as the stock closed up 900%! GBRC climbed $1.8 to close the day at $2. The stocks climb was ignited by yesterday’s announcement regarding the acquisition of the assets of Carbon Recovery Corporation. Further details on the deal were released today. Up till now Global Resource Corporation did not have any significant operations. Previously, the company was engaged in the management and operation of approximately 30 oil wells in Oklahoma by utilizing a nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas injection unit to ‘pump up’ and repressurize the wells to increase oil output. GBRC’s intentions are to merge or acquire companies in the environmental clean-up industry.

ONSPAN NETWORKING (ONSP) climbed up $0.55, or 366.67% to close the day at $0.70. Earlier today ONSP announced the conclusion of a stock sale to shareholders, based on an agreement made in June. ONSP is a leading developer and marketer of Enterprise Resource Planning software for use in manufacturing and general business applications.

CONVERSION SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS (CSHD) was up $0.74, or 73.27% to close out at $1.75. Today CSHD announced a 5 billion Euro addition to its asset management portfolio, and new contracts with Deutche Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Dresdner Bank and Kommerce Bank. FRANKLIN LAKE RESOURCES (FKLR) closed down $0.39, or 66.10% to close the day at $0.20.FKLR saw some heavy selling today after the gains made last week, due in part to a promising quarterly financial report. FKLR is an exploration stage mining company.

ARDENT MINES (ADNT) closed down $0.99, or 49.50% to close out at $1.01. ADMT's principal activities are to acquire, explore and develop mining properties situated on the eastern slope of Beaverdale Range of the Monashee Mountains Penticton, British Columbia, Canada. The Group is an exploration stage company and is involved in search of mineral bearing copper, gold and silver.

XENOMICS INC. (XNOM) was down $0.37, or 36.27% to close the day at $0.65. Investors continue to lose patience with XNOM. The company’s quarterly financials were released yesterday. Xenomics, Inc. operates as a development stage molecular diagnostic company. It has a joint venture with the Spallanzani National Institute for Infectious Diseases to conduct research and development on noninvasive diagnostic tests for infectious disease using Tr-DNA methodology.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

flexSCAN, Inc. (FXSC) today announced an agreement that will bring health360(tm) health and wellness services to 300 employees of Santa Ana, CA-based Crevier BMW. health360(tm) offers a wide range of services including disease screening, health risk assessment, online diet and fitness programs, and electronic personal health records (PHR).

Delta Oil and Gas (DOIG) announced the commencement of natural gas production at its Todd Creek Well located in Alberta, Canada.

Human BioSystems (HBSC) announced today that HBS BioEnergy ("HBS Bio"), a wholly owned subsidiary of HBS, signed definitive agreements with EXL III Group Corporation ("EXL") to acquire two planned ethanol projects, pursuant to the Letter of Intent announced in a July 27, 2006 press release.

A positive reading on consumer confidence pushed the Dow Jones Industrial average towards a new high, despite a series of profit warnings from corporate America.
At close: the Dow was up 93.58 points, or 0.81%, to 11,669.39 (second highest close ever). The S&P 500 climbed 9.97 points, or 0.75%, to 1336.34, a five year best, and the Nasdaq was up by 12.27 points, or 0.55%, at 2261.34.

WINNERS

OCEANIC EXPLORATION CO. (OCEX) was up $0.35, or 116.67% to close out at $0.65. The climb was primarily inspired by new developments in the ongoing case against ConocoPhillips.

Positive news from NEW MEDIUM ENTERPRIESES (NMEN) pushed the stock to $0.54, up 80% on the day. The announcement was about a new break through in multiple layer DVD disk production.

A new possible find is pushed FEC RESOURCES (FECOF) up 67.50% to close out at $0.067. FEC announced that the interpretation of the 3D seismic program of the Sampaguita gas discovery has potential gas accumulations of up to 20 TCF ("Trillion Cubic Feet").

AUSTRALIAN CDN OIL (AUCAF) was up $0.19, or 55.88% to close the day at $ 0.530. AUCAF today announced completing a joint venture with two oil companies, raising approx. $6,500,000.

LOSERS

HEARTLAND (HTLJ) shareholders were aggressively selling today. Shareholders in their attempt to go to the register with their gains pushed HTLJ down 57.14% to close the day at $ 0.210.

VOCALSCAPE NETWORKS (VOSC) dropped $0.09, or 45% to close the day at $ 0.110. VOSC has been steadily declining since a steep jump in share value at the beginning of September, where shares jumped from $0.30 to $0.52. Since then shareholders have been aggressively trying to cash in on their gains. Last weeks announcement regarding the launch of a new VoIP Network in Austria, though positive, seems to have just snowballed share selling.

MEDIQUIP HOLDINGS (MQPH) on a poor year end report dropped 35.16% to close out at $0.09.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

Sutura, Inc. (SUTU) announced a reverse stock split, changes to management and additions to the board of directors.

Good news from Uranium Energy Corp (URME). URME announced the starting of a Phase I Drilling Program at AB Claims in Shirley Basin in Wyoming.

End-of-quarter buying pushed the major averages to close higher this Monday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average up 67.71 points, or 0.59%, to 11,575.81, and the S&P 500 added on 11.59 points, or 0.88%, to 1326.37. The Nasdaq Composite gained 30.14 points, or 1.36%, to 2249.07.

Big gainers in the Dow were: Intel and Caterpillar; while the Nasdaq surged with Broadcom and Lam Research leading the charge.

WINNERS

MILLENIUM HOLDING GROUP (MNHG) was up $0.12, or 150% to close the day out at $0.20. Not much for news but there was a ValuEngine industry report of interest which was released today.

DERMISONICS INC. (DMSI) continued to climb today. DMSI was up $ 0.15, or 37.5% to close the day at $ 0.550. DMSI has been skyrocketing since last weeks 53% gain over an announcement that the company has made major steps forward in achieving FDA approval on an injection-free transdermal patch for Type-2 diabetes.
There were a few reports released today. From Pechala we have a 12 Month and 2 Week forcast. ValueEngine also had a report released today which was of interest to shareholders and potential investors.

ABAZIAS INC (ABZA) was up 0.64 or 36.36% on the day. ABZA shares got a huge shot in the arm with today’s announcement that 2006 sales had already exceeded 2005 totals. All before the busy fourth quarter shopping season begins.

PROMOTORA VALLE HERMOSO (PVLH) was up $0.20. or 23.53% to close the day at $1.05. The company has had some decent press lately. Last week the company was featured in an interview with WallSt.net. Today a report of interest from PriceTarget Research, Inc. was released. The report is an overlook of leaders and laggards in the Food & Beverage sector.

LOSERS

TELECOM COMMUNICATIONS INC. (TCOM) dropped 34% today with shareholders aggressively selling off position. Today an announcement regarding the advancement of TCOM’s subsidiary GuangZhou's proprietary web-based social networking software. TCOM closed the day at $0.196.

REXAHN PHARMACEUTICALS (RXHN) was up $2.00, or 40% to close the day at $3.00. Wright Reports released an analysis on Rexahn Today.

AMERICAN ENERGY GROUP LTD. (AEGG) was up $.30, or 30% to close the day $0.70. Pachela Report’s released a 12 month and a 2 week forecast. ValuEngine Inc. also had a report of interest that was released today.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

AMERICHIP INTERNATION INC. (ACHI) announced that it has upgraded and expanded its on-line ordering system for its wholly owned subsidiary, AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives. Customers can now order from a database of over 10,000 different products relating to industrial based metal removal companies by offering a one-stop destination.

RADIAL ENERGY INC. (RENG) has received from third party engineers Gustavson Associates the final due diligence report on the NW Jacksonville prospect in Cherokee County, Texas, dated September 22, 2006. Gustavson has determined that 1.1 BCF of natural gas reserves are recoverable at the prospect in the most likely case, has classified the reserves as Probable and consider the risk relatively low for that category.

MGN TECHNOLOGIES INC. (MGNLF) announced they have signed a letter of intent with iGaming Networks.Com ("iGN") focused on building or licensing a mobile platform for iGaming's casino websites.

Nothing to really tantalize weary investors buying interests today sent stocks lower again.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 25 points, or 0.2%, to 11,508, and the S&P 500 was off 3 points, or 0.3%, at 1315. The Nasdaq Composite slid 19 points, or 0.8%, to 2219.

WINNERS

MM2 GROUP (MMGP) was up 200% to close the day at $.06. Big news from the company yesterday with regards to their Genotec acquisition has really sparked buyer interest. Heavy selling caused the stock to dip yesterday, but with the intital profits off the table, investors took up more and more position as the day went on.

FERMAVIR PHARMACEUTICALS (FMVR) clicked up $0.40, or 53.33% to close the day at $1.15. There has been a lot of buzz surrounding FMVR since Tuesday’s quarterly report.

CISTERA NETWORKS (CNWT) was back up today, closing the day at $1.01, up 48.53%. Lot of position changing and aggressive trading left CNWT as a bargain at .68 to start the day. Investors saw a bottom and took up position throughout the day.

REMOTEMDX INC. (RMDX) up $0.39, or 21.08% to close at $2.24. On Tuesday RDMX announced that its subsidiary SecureAlert Inc. had secured a state-wide contract with South Carolina. Heavy trading since Tuesday’s announcement resulted in the stock being down by Thursdays close. With the quick money made and off the table, investors were taking up position again today.

EDEN ENERGRY (EDNE) was up $0.25, or 18.52% to close the day at $1.6. Numerous announcements this week has created a of investor interest around EDNE. Today we got an update on a farm-in agreement with Starlight Oil and Gas which was announced Thursday.

MAGIC COMMUNICATIONS (MAGN) was down $0.75, or 62.50% to close out at $0.45.

WORLD ENERGY SOLUTIONS (WEGY) was down $0.34, or 56.67% to close out at $0.26.

Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Stocks fell sharply today after the Philidelphia Federal Reserve made a surprise announcement that its broadest measure of manufacturing fell to a negative reading for the first time since April 2003, renewing investor fears that the economy is slowing.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average, ended lower by 80 points, or 0.7%, to 11,533. The S&P 500 dipped 7 points, or 0.5%, to 1318, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 15 points, or 0.7%, to 2238.

They did leave the door open for additional rate hikes but market attitude is, we’ll burn that bridge when we get to it. Good new from Oracle and Morgan Stanley helped fuel today’s gains.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 72 points, or 0.6%, to 11,613 and is closing on its all-time high reached in January 2000. The S&P 500 added 0.5%, to 1325, and was at its best level in five years. The Nasdaq Composite surged 1.4%, to 2253.

As expected one day before central bankers met to discuss policies investors played it very cautious. Be careful not to take this “cautiousness” for weakness. There was a lot of late buying today as investors weren’t scared to pick up what they perceived to be bargains. In all honesty I think if it wasn’t for the profit warning from Yahoo, and the fact that we were riding so high off the positive gains over the last two weeks, we might have actually broke even in the market the day before central bankers discuss rates!! Now that is a definite show of strength if I’ve ever seen one.

After giving up 85% in share value yesterday, AMERICAN UNITY INVESTMENTS (AUNI) rebounded, closing at $1.19 up 417.39% on the day.

The Dow and Nasdaq turned lower on the day as investors took a guarded stance in anticipation of upcoming Federal Reserve Meeting. Oil and gold were both up on the day, crude closed at $63.95 and gold ended the day $593 an ounce.

Well it was a pleasant surprise to see the market end the week on a positive note. Declining energy prices and optimism that feds may not hike rates has really eased fears that September could see a heavy decline in the markets. There is definitely a disjoint between the stock and treasury market. Bond investors are expecting to see a hard skid still to come which they feel will force the Federal Reserves hand. Pundits a plenty, lets see what the numbers say, OTCBB TIME:

WINNERS

RAVEN GOLD CORP. (RVGC) blew the roof off today! RVGC was up 180.55% amd closed the day at $2.25. Investors finally gave in: Tuesdays announcement of a positive report on their Las Minitas Property portfolio combined with Mondays announcement of addition additions to the Los Minitas portfolio forced investors to ignore commodity trends and hop on board.

INTL. LOTTERY & TOTALIZER (ITSI) was up 78.57% due mostly to a positive quarterly report. ITSI closed the day at $.50.

HALO TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS (HALO) was up 51.30% with yesterdays announcement of a signed agreement to acquire the Insurance Risk Management (IRM) and ViaMode divisions of Unify Corp. (OTCBB: UNFY) as part of a simultaneous transaction in which Unify will also acquire Gupta Technologies, LLC. The agreement officially puts the kibosh on the March 14,2006 merger agreement between Unify and HALO that was announced March 14, 2006.

MEGADATA CORP (MDTA) was up 31.58% to close the day at $1.25. The company announced today that US Airways has selected their Passur Product to be implemented in multiple locations.

EMPIRE PETROLEUM (EMPR) was the silver lining in the energy sector today. The stock rose 25% today with the announcement of secured financing and commencement of a Test Well in Nevada. The company also had a financial report with a positive outlook which was released on the day as well.

LOSERS

NATIONAL HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY (NHTC) was selling like water today, a lot of volume. The stock lost 47.50 % on the day to close at $.210. Shareholders are really giving up on this one and have adopted a desperate attitude to damage control on this investment.

USN CORPORATION (USNR) lost 27.5% to close the day at $0.29. The company has slowly been snowballing all week and really hit stride today. The company announced record sales this week for August. “Ultimate Shopping Network” sales growth was fueled mostly by a high demand for their 24 Karat American Buffalo Gold Coins. Investors eventually put one and one together with USNR and the recent change in gold prices, shareholders decided it was time to hit the register.

THERMO ENERGY (TMEN) lost 27.08% to close at $0.35. You knew it was going to happen. After strong late August gains, a declining energy sector, shareholders are seeing a top for TMEN.

AURIGA LABORATORIES (AGRA) after climbing for a week and a half, saw heavy selling today. The stock declined 18.03% to close at $1.5. This could be considered another top as there has been nothing but good news coming out of AGRA.

LATE DAY DEVELOPMENTS

VIVA INTERNATIONAL INC (VIVI) announced this morning that its acquisition agreement for the assets of San Antonio, Texas-based River Hawk Aviation (River Hawk) is scheduled to be signed on September 18, 2006.

ALBERTA STAR DEVELOPMENT CORP (ASXSF) announced that it will raise up to $11.02 million in Brokered Private Placement. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about October 18, 2006.

With the unexpected downgrading of two major blue chip companies, hopes for a fifth straight positive trading session were dashed. Investors were questioning the sustainability of this weeks gains and as a result were more inclined to put up a paw and holler out an “ask”. Bright spots on the day: retail sales for August were up .2% and third quarter retail sales (with the exception of auto) remained strong. Moral on Wall Street remains high; September, a traditionally bad month for trading, hasn’t been too tough on the exchanges, and if the rest of the month carries on as is expectations are that with dropping oil prices we will see a year-end rally. By the final bell you couldn’t call the markets bearish, but today’s slowdown could encourage heavy selling for the rest of the week. A slow day on the OTCBB, a lot of stocks flat this Thursday.

WINNERS

REMEC INC. (REMC) gained 36.97% on the announcement of a deferral of decision on any further cash distribution to shareholders.

HYBRID TECHNOLOGIES (HYBT) announced the grand opening of their expanded manufacturing facility. HYBT was up 21.49%, closing the day at $7.35.

ZIM CORPORATION (ZIMCF) continued to gain on yesterdays new deal signing with Cinerio. ZIMF gained 25% on the day , closing out at $.10.

LOSERS

EZENIA (EZEN) lost 28.76% on the day, closing out at $1.61. The company today downgraded third quarter revenue expectations, prompting many investors to sell position in the company.

Overall, no news is still news; and the markets being flat today could possibly be a sign of a late week sell off. Expect to see a lot of cautious movements from investors in the early morning but a very decisive afternoon. We just may find ourselves in the company of bears.

A cautious morning turned into a bullish afternoon today. Despite crude price’s being up on the day, investors stood their ground and the markets ended up on the day. There is an aura of fear that is hovering around investors and it is definitely worth noting. The fear is that we are nearing a significant top and that aggressive traders could be running to the register if we see any decline or weakness in the market. You might want to keep an eye for that. Also there are only four more trading sessions left before the September 20th meeting of the Federal Reserve. Expect to see a lot of repositioning and posturing as market players are weary of another rate increase. Watch out for that one as well. We’ll enough jibber jabbering lets have a look at the OTCBB:

ZIM CORPORATION (ZIMCF) gained again today, up 14.45% to close at $.08 on the day. ZIMCF announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Cinerio to deliver Children's Animations on Internet TV. ZIMCF traded heavy yesterday as well surging up 178.49% with their “ZIM-PPLive” deal.

VERNON BANK CORPORATION (VBNY) gained 76.75%, up 22.45 closing the day at $51.70. Yesterdays Oneida Financial Corp. announcement to acquire VBNY for $11.4 million is fueling the stocks surge.

ENER1 Inc. (ENEI) bounced up $.115, or 51.11% and closed the day at $0.34. Yesterdays announcement of their First phase production line addition is pushing share values. Investors see the company becoming a major player in the Li-Ion Batter production industry and yesterday’s announcement reinforced that image. Keep your eyes on this one.

NATIONAL HEALTH PARTNERS (NHPR) was up 43.24%, closing out at $1.06. NHPR just announced quarter three sales being at a record pace. Shareholders are definitely jumping on board with NHPR.
PLAMET TECJS INC (PLNT) up 40% closing out at $1.75. PLNT got two favorable reports this week from Pechala’s Reports (one a 12 month forecast, and one a 2 week forecast). Buyers really like this one (at least in the short term). PLNT is one to watch.

KODIAK ENERGY INC. (KDKN) up 25.93% closing out at $1.7. The company has made two announcements recently, both involving new deal signings with their NWT project.

LOSERS

SUNRISE REAL ESTATE GROUP (SRRE) dropped 56.83% to close at $0.60. SRRE continues its trend of being a volatile holding. Less than a week ago the stock was down as low as $.30.

eGAIN COMMUNICATIONS (EGAN) dropped 21.88% on the day closing out at $1.25.
Despite having a phenomenal year overall, the companies poor 4th quarter results has turned off investors.

There was heavy volume trading from BIO-MATRIX SCIENTIFIC GROUP (BMSN) again today. BMSN dropped 16% and closed out at $2.1 on the day. Investors are doing a lot of repositioning with this one. Expect this one to even out by the end of the week

SEANA INC. (SEAI) saw aggressive selling today as well. Investors were running to the register again, sending SEAI shares down 27.27% to close at $.80 on the day.

The precious metals took some bruising on the day:
De BEIRA GOLDFIELDS (DBGF) down 12.50% to close at $1.05.
CORAL GOLD RESOURCES LTD. (CGREF) dropped 10.54% closing at $2.80 on the day.
WEALTH MINERALS LTD. (WMLLF) was also down. It declined 10.37% and closed the day at $1.47.

LATE DEVELOPMENTS

MEGOLA INC. (MGOA) announced that it will be holding its annual shareholder meeting at its corporate offices at 446 Lyndock St., Corunna, Ontario, Canada, on September 25, 2006 at 9:30 am EDT.

WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (WGLE) announced today that its reality television series "The WGL Million Dollar Shootout” will be featured on SPORTEL October 16-19 in Monaco.

Not much happenings in the late hours. Well it was another positive day on Wall Street. Tech companies, retailers, chip shares, and housing stocks were all pushed forward again by sinking oil prices. Let’s take a close look at the goings on at the OTCBB:

WINNERS

EVANS SYSTEMS INC (EVSY) bounced back from its .50 dive yesterday. The stock closed back at Monday’s open of .70. EVSY is engaged in the wholesale and retail distribution of refined petroleum products, and even though the downstream aspect of the oil sector should be relatively safe this fall, investor’s fear of anything to do with oil has really made downstream stock prices very volatile.

ZIM CORPORATION (ZIMCF) traded heavy on the day and surged up 178.49%, closing the day at $.07. ZIM a mobile service provider, today announced it has joined with PPLive of China, the largest P2P (peer to peer) Internet TV portal in the world to create “ZIM-PPLive” ZIM-PPLive main offering will be content aggregation for P2P Internet TV.

BIO-MATRIX SCIENTIFIC GROUP (BMSN) bounced up $0.65, or 35.14% to close at $2.5. BMSN was down 28.85% on yesterdays trading, and on the surface the stocks rally looks to be spear headed by today’s announcement of BMSN being in the final stages on the installation of its modular class 10,000/100 Stem Cell Processing laboratory. That said what is really going on is classic re-positioning. BMSN has had nothing but good news for the last two weeks including an update on their cryogenic banking facility and the unveiling of their stem cell extraction device so there is a lot of investors looking to get in. BMSN also made huge gains in late August so there are a lot of shareholders looking to cash in. It may be another few days of trading before trade volumes level out.

Overall the energy sector took another whooping today but there were a few stubborn traders who thought they saw a bottom: TRUE NORTH ENERGY (TNEN) closed at $3.34, up 13.22%; STRATA OIL & GAS INC. (SOIGF) was up 5.04% closing the day at $5.

LOSERS

SEANA INC. (SEAI) saw its bubble burst as investors ran to the register with this one. SEAI was down 42.11%, closing the day at $1.10.

Energy took it on the chin:
NOVA OIL (NVAO) down 25.54% closing out at $2.86.
MMC ENERGY (MMCN) down 13.28% closing at $2.35.
DELTA OIL & GAS (DOIG) down 10% closing out at $1.17.
CALIFORNIA OIL & GAS (COGC) was down 8.61% to close the day at $1.06.

ORTEC INTERNATION (OTCI) who has really fallen hard from its 52 week high of $6.30, had some good news today. The company announced very positive findings in the latest round of its Venous Leg Ulcer trials. Unfortunately, investors desperate to get out of OTCI, used today as an opportunity to do so. Shares fell 11.54% to close at $1.15 on the day.

LATE DEVELOPMENTS

Good and Bad news from eGAIN COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (EGAN). EGAN, a foremost provider of customer service and contact center software, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending June 30, 2006. Revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter was down 11% from a quarter a year ago even though the earnings were up 10% on the year as a whole.

CHINA DIGITAL COMMUNICATION GROUP (CHID) said today that it would fail to meet previously projected financial results. CHID have been on a steady decline since Mays highs of $ 1.185. Shares are currently trading $.36 a pop and continue to drop.

ADSERO Corp. (ADSO) announced a 10-year supply agreement with Turbon AG and a return of $3.4 million in shares, in exchange for ADSO forgiving Turbon’s debt of $3.9 million.

KONIGSBERG CORPORATION (KGBC) issued 500,000 shares of Konigsberg Corporation and completed property payments to Sydney Resource Corp with regard to Yoquivo Au-Ag property located in Chihuahua State, Mexico. The transaction officially completes all obligatory property payments between KGBC and Sydney Resource Corp, including US $200,000 cash and 1,000,000 shares of Konigsberg Corporation.

It was a solemn day on Wall Street today as investors marked the fifth anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks in U.S. history and the destruction of the World Trade Center.

Investors were resilient as it was a positive day on the markets. Last weeks trend of a freefall in precious metals and oil seemed to gain strength as both sectors continued to decline. However, investors seemed to be doing more repositioning than pulling out. Tech and retail had a solid day as did staple goods. Now to the OTCBB:

WINNERS

REDWOOD CAPITAL BANK (CA) RDWO pushed up 50.06% to close at an even $25. The companies recently announced 3 for 2 stock split is definitely pushing prices. Investors seemed keen to get as much position as they could on this on.

EUGENE SCIENCE INC (EUSI) was heavily traded on the day. The stock made an impressive mid day rally to go from being down $.2 to closing the day ahead by $.40. EUSI gained 66.67% on the day and closed at a $1.

LAYCOR VENTURES (LYVN) continued the climb it started back on the 30th of August. LYVN closed the day up 37.93% at $2.00/per share.

LEFT BEHIND GAMES (LFBG) made a strong rally today. It closed at $5.39, up 34.75% on the day. LFBG shares were down 17.53% on Friday due to many investors cashing out on late August gains and investors heading the warnings of Market Watch’s respected columnist Chuck Jaffe who called LFGB his “Stupid Investment of the Week”.

The Tech sector did very well on the day. SEANNA INC. (SEAI) was up 26.67%, closing at $1.9/share; NETWORK -1 SECURITY SOLUTIONS (NSSI) closed at $1.25/share up 8.7%; and eGAIN COMMUNICATIONS (EGAN) was also up, closing at $1.40/share, up 7.69%.

LOSERS

BIO-MATRIX SCIENTIFIC GROUP (BMSN) lost 28.85% on the day closing at $1.85. BMSN has been on a steep decline since Tuesday of last week, as many investors are going to the register with this one. Overall it has been good news from BMSN over the last seven days (an update on their cryogenic banking facility, the unveiling of their stem cell extraction device etc.) which is causing a high volume position swap. Investors who own the company view it as a good time to sell, and investors who want in see BMSN as a bargain in the $1.85-2 range.

Oil and gas took a pounding on the day:

TRUE NORTH ENERGY (TNEN) was down 24.36%, closing the day at $2.95.

STRATA OIL & GAS INC. (SOIGF) was down 19.19%, closing the day at $4.76.
DELTA OIL & GAS (DOIG) closed the day at $1.30, down 13.33%. Trade volumes of DOIG were restricted as some investors seem to be tempted to ride out the oil sector downswing with DOIG. The company just today announced plans of drilling 55 to 65 new wells in Canada and the US.

LATE DEVELOPMENTS

Watch out for NAVTECH INC. (NAVH) tomorrow. The company just reported its Fiscal 2006 Third Quarter results and the numbers look good. Navtech is showing a 6% increase from its 2nd Quarter report, which was a very strong quarter for the company.

Markets rebound despite inflation and slowing economy fears.

Wall Street ended the week on a high note today. Trade volumes weren’t anything spectacular, but it was nice to see markets rebound after Janet Yellen’s warnings of inflation and a slowing economy had investors pushing the sell button for the last two days. OTCBB BABY!!!!

Winners

Zeolite Exploration Company (ZXPL) rebounded from yesterdays 18.75% skid. ZXPL was up 23.08% and closed at $8.00.

Todays announcement of HealthpointCapital Partners acquisition of Bio-Lok International Inc (BLLI) pushed Bio-Lok shares up 22.94%, closing the day at $2.09.

Renewed interest in the tech sector pushed Zingo (ZNGO) up 22.58%, closing at $5.7 a share.

Ethanex Energy (EHNX) finally made an upswing since the completion of its stock for stock merger. EHNX closed at $4.1 up 17.14%. EHNX got a boost today with the announcement of former Duke Energy Corporation executive John F. Norris, Jr.’s appointment to the board of directors.

Yesterdays late day announcement from Visiphor Corporation (VISRF) of its first contract for their new InForce system pushed prices up 21.43%. VISRF closed the day at $.17 a share.

Losers

Investors did a lot of cashing in today. Tally-Ho Ventures (TLYH) and Online Vacation Center Holdings Corp (ONVC) both gave up yesterday’s gains. Share prices were down 27.06% and 20.59% respectively.

Investors were also selling off position in Fermavir Pharmaceuticals (FMVR) as well. Prices were down 23.08%. FMVR has been steadily declining as investors are becoming impatient with the company’s lack of progress.

Left Behind Games(LFBG) was down 17.53%. The company released the Beta version of a fully playable demo for their new game Eternal Forces. There have been some favorable news releases from the company this week. However, the stock has been steadily declining as investors are cashing out on gains made in late August over the pending beta release. LFGB share prices were also hurt by Market Watch’s respected columnist Chuck Jaffe calling LFGB the “Stupid Investment of the Week”.

Late Day Developments

There wasn’t much for late news except for a major announcement from City Capital.

City Capital Corporation (CCCN) announced the acquisition of Montreal Beneficial Inc., now Goshen Energy Resources Inc. Goshen will engage in the buying, selling & drilling of oil & gas properties in South Louisiana, and mineral leases in the Northern portion of the Ft. Worth Basin Barnett Shale Play.

Well it was a weird day in the financial world, that’s for sure. Yesterdays jitters of rising rates drove the markets down for a second straight day. The real noggin twister was the housing market. More homebuilders lowered their earnings expectations today, yet the sector gained while the overall market decline. Well what can you do? Lets take a look at the OTCBB:

Winners

Tally-Ho Ventures (TLYH) announced the signing of a letter of intent to acquire Produkt & Vetriebs Management. TYLH was up 30.77% on the day.

Global Realty Development (GRLY) continued its upswing. The stock gained another 20.19% today closing out at $1.25. GRLY has been making a steady climb since its August 29th announcement of a marketing partnership with Smart SMS corp. for their recently acquired MJD films.

Investors continue to take up position in SWMX Inc. (SWMX) in anticipation of yesterdays announced September 11-12 exhibition at the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) Annual Conference. SWMX closed out at $3.40 up 13.33% on the day.

Losers

Interactive Television Network ( ITTV) continued its steep decline as investors carried on, cashing out on the stocks late August gains. These gains resulting primarily from ITTV’s addition of European Soccer and rugby programming from Setanta Sports. ITTV was down 12.7% on the day closing out at $2.75.

World Gaming PLC (WGMGY) took a beating today!! WGMY closed at $1.10 down 35.39%. With the arrest of Peter Dicks, chairman of online gambling company Sportingbet PLC: many investors are fearful this may have put the kibosh on the potential all share offer by Sportingbet PLC for World Gaming PLC.

The Financial sector walked away a little bruised today:
Georgia Carolina Bancshares (GECR) down $1.60 or 9.64%. Security Bank of Cali (SBOC) down $1.5 or 8%. Plaza Bank (PLZB) down $0.80 or a loss of 7.27%.

Greater China Media and Ent. (GCME) closed at $1.30 down 23.08% on the day. GCME today announced the signing of an agreement for a joint venture with Beijing Star Agency Ltd. The down turn was spear headed by many investors who had picked up the stock cheap in August after GCME made a steady decline, and had used today’s announcement as an opportunity to make a quick buck.

Late Day Developments

Genoil Inc.(GNOLF) announced its intention to conduct a private placement in the United States of approximately 4,110,000 Units, at a price of U.S. $0.73 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one common share and 0.25 common share purchase warrants for anticipated gross proceeds of U.S. $3,000,000. Expect a lot of volume from this one tomorrow.

Colombia Goldfields Ltd. (CGDF) announced the signing of an agreement to purchase mining exploration properties in the Republic of Colombia and from a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti called Sociedad Kedahda. Expect CGDF to continue today’s upswing tomorrow.

Big news from Visiphor Corporation (VISRF). VISRF reported its being awarded its first contract for its InForce Arrest and Booking 2.0 (IFAB) system. The contract value is $225,000 for its IFAB software, interfaces, reports and consulting services. You can definitely expect some heavy trading from VISRF as investors begin to retake position with the company.

Winners

Sunrise Real Estate Group (RRE) tripled in value today. Its stock shot up 363.33% to close at $1.39. The company just recently announced the signing of five new contracts.

BUCS Financial Corp. (BUCS) had a huge day! Today’s announcement of their merger with Community Banks Inc. doubled the company’s share price. The company’s stocks shot up $11 to $22.50 by market close.

Polymer Group Inc. (POLGB shares were up 7.23% to close out at $23. POGLB made a steep climb today as investors retake position in the company following its topping out after the announcement of Polymer Group Inc. settling its Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Kroger Co., Inter-American Products, and U.S. Nonwovens Corp.

WinWin Gaming Inc (WNWN) shares rose up 73.91% to close at $ .40. WNWN just announced the initial closing in an upcoming joint venture with Solidus Networks.

Losers

Magellan Health Services (MGLNW) took a beating today. WellPoints announced the termination of their Midwest Behavioral Contract with Magellan. The companies shares fell $3.4, around 18%. MGLNW closed at $15.60.

Redback Networks Inc (RBAKW) /(RBAKZ) also showed signs of topping out today. The company was recently ranked number two in broadband internet service according to a report by Infonetics, a industry research film out of California. Its $5 Warrents and $9.50 Warrents both took a hit of 19.05% and 17.65% respectively.

Late Day Developments

There were a few late announcements yesterday. Here’s a few to watch in the early
goings:

Delta Oil and Gas, Inc. (DOIG) announced production starting at three of its core properties. Expect heavy trade volumes here. Most analysts are predicting a decline in share value based on market trends and the fact that investors may be cashing in from the steep climb share prices made in August.

Solar EnerTech Corp. (SOEN) announced the signing of a letter of intent with Shanghai University for the establishment of a joint Research and Development Laboratory. SOEN share prices have been bouncing up and down all July and August. Expect to see some heavy trade volumes here. There will be many investors going to the register here, especially the ones who took position in mid and late August.

Nothing but more bad news from BDC Capital, Inc. (BDCI). They announced a reverse split to go along with their Withdrawl of Election.

Visiphor Corporation (VISRF) made another announcement today. They announced their Chief Technology Officer’s speaking at the National Criminal Justice and Public Safety Forum.
